1) How do I rent an item?

All rentals are booked online through our booking portal. Select your preferred date(s), quantity, and any add-ons, then complete checkout to confirm your reservation.

2) What if I’m not sure how to use the online booking portal?

No problem. You can:

  • use the messaging section on our website, or
  • call us, and we’ll walk you through it. If you prefer, we can also book on your behalf.

3) What items do you rent?

We rent outdoor and jobsite equipment such as pressure washers, concrete mixers, and related rental tools/accessories. Availability may vary by date.

4) Do I need an ID to rent?

Yes. A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID is required for every reservation.

5) Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available for:

  • $16.00 within 3 miles, plus
  • $0.50 per mile beyond 3 miles.

6) Can you pick the item up after my rental?

Pickup service may be available depending on scheduling and location. If you want pickup, select it in the booking portal (if offered) or message us.

7) What’s the late fee if I return an item late?

Late returns are charged at the daily rental rate + $5 per day until the item is returned and checked back in.

8) Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Extensions do not have an additional extension fee, but they are subject to availability. Please request the extension before your return time so we can confirm.

9) Is there a security deposit?

Many rentals require a refundable security deposit (or authorization hold). The amount varies by item.

10) When will I see my deposit returned?

After we release the deposit, it may take 2–3 days for your bank/payment provider to show the funds back in your account.

11) What condition do I need to return the equipment in?

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted). If not:

  • the deposit will be charged, and
  • we reserve the right to collect additional charges beyond the deposit if needed to properly repair or restore the equipment.

12) Do rentals include fuel?

Most gas-powered items are typically supplied with a full tank of gas. Any additional fuel needed during your rental is at the renter’s expense.

13) What accessories come with the pressure washer?

Pressure washer rentals may include optional accessory packages. Depending on what you select, you can add detergents such as:

  • House wash detergent
  • Car wash detergent
  • Foam gun detergent
  • Driveway cleaning detergent

Accessory availability depends on the date and what’s in stock—choose your add-ons during checkout.

14) Do you provide training or instructions?

We can provide basic guidance. If you have questions before or during your rental, message us through the website or call and we’ll help you get set up safely.

15) What should I do if something isn’t working?

Stop using the equipment and contact us immediately through the website message tool or by phone. We’ll troubleshoot and advise next steps.

16) Can I book multiple items at once?

Yes. The online portal lets you choose quantity where applicable. If you need multiple units or multiple item types for the same dates, book online or message us so we can help.

17) Can someone else pick up the rental for me?

Only if the person picking up has a valid ID and is approved. The safest option is for the person who booked to be the one receiving delivery/pickup.
